DESCRIPTION:\nSave $10.00 Per Person!\n\n\n\nRegister by January 26th\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nJoin us for our annual overnight winter event, full of helpful preaching, games, fellowship and more!\n\n\n\nDetails\n\n\n\n\nOvernight, Friday, January 30-31  |  6:00pm – 5:15am\n\n\n\nIncludes 2 meals, activities, and a few hours at Scene75 in Cincinnati, OH.\n\n\n\nAges: 13-19 | 7th-12th grade\n\n\n\nCost is $50/teen and $40/sponsor.  Adult sponsors not participating at the off-campus activity are $15.00.\n\n\n\nAll registrations/payments are due by January 26th to secure your spot. The cost of registration after this date will increase by $10.\n\n\n\nEach group/individual is required to bring at least one sponsor.\n\n\n\n\nWhat to Bring\n\n\n\n\nBible\n\n\n\nEach church will determine what is appropriate for ladies and men at Scene75.\n\n\n\nPlease follow normal HHBC dress guidelines while on campus. (See FAQs.) The dining hall and tabernacle buildings will be heated.\n\n\n\nNo overnight bedding or toiletries are needed. (Drivers who wish to sleep during activity should bring bedding. Please email us to hold a room. No showers are available.)\n\n\n\nMoney for concessions.\n\n\n\n\nWaivers\n\n\n\n\n Every person must submit a waiver form for the event. All Minors must have their waivers signed by the Parent/Legal Guardian and/or an Adult acting in place of them.\n\n\n\nPlease visit DOWNLOADS and choose Event Waivers tab to obtain form.\n\n\n\n\nDrivers\n\n\n\n\nWe will need churches to drive to Scene75 (876 OH-28 Milford, OH). All will depart home from there. We will not return to camp.\n\n\n\nIf a driver would like a room to catch a couple zzzzz’s, please notify in advance on the Registration / Payment Form. Bring bedding for a twin size. No showers will be available. No one else gets to sleep! Only drivers! \n\n
